We ask that you please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, in case there is an error with the shipping company or option that you have chosen. Those delays are out of our hands. All orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the order. This means we will not be processing orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If an item is backordered then you will be notified that it is on backorder as well as when the item will be available. Please be aware that if you are having your order shipped to a PO Box address, or are stationed in the service, shipping is limited to Regular USPS Mail and USPS Priority Mail because UPS will not deliver to these locations. So please choose either one of those shipping options when you checkout. We are only allowed to ship to all US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands) and Canada. Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility.
